The 4-D Process

Step One: Discover

STEP 1: DISCOVER

We study your industry and your competitors, perform a competitive analysis of their strengths and weaknesses compared with those of your business (and your site, if this is a redesign). Armed with this knowledge, we work with you to figure out the best web solution for your needs, goals and price point. All of this is boiled down into a Creative Brief, which is a roadmap of all the development and design aspects your site will contain.

Step Two: Design

STEP 2: DESIGN

Here’s where the magic happens. Our graphic artist will study the creative brief and your site design will then take shape. With feedback from you, he will transform the thoughts and ideas from the creative brief into a design that is both beautiful and functional. You’ll have input as to the design direction every step of the way. Once the design is in place, we work on adding content, the heart and soul of any web site.

Step Three: Develop

STEP 3: DEVELOP

We pride ourselves on delivering solidly coded, standards-compliant designs and code. We test, refine, and re-test, until the site is exactly as you want it. We don’t upload the site to your server until you’ve signed off on every aspect of it, from design to code and everything in between. All the refinements are done on our testbed servers, away from prying eyes.

Step Four: Deliver

STEP 4: DELIVER

Once your new web site is exactly as you want it, we move it to your server. But we don’t just deliver the site and dance away. (Did you think you would get rid of us that easily?!) We offer 30 days of free technical support (up to 10 hours, a $750 value) on our unaltered files. And you can also choose from several flexible maintenance plans so that you are always assured of an updated web site.
