Pixelita Designs LLC knows that an individual’s privacy is important to them. That is why we do not share your personal information with any third party, unless requested by a law enforcement agency, court order or subpoena.

Like all other web servers, the pixelita.com web server automatically creates log files for each visitor who accesses the site. These access logs allow us to make the site more useful to our visitors. The access logs do NOT record a visitor’s name, address, phone number, credit card numbers, or any other personally-identifying information. Rather, they contain some or all of the following information:

  • The time of the visit.

The only information necessary to contact us is your name and e-mail address. The only information necessary for you to download our linkware is your e-mail address and site URL. When giving this information in order to contact us, you do not need to worry that you will be bombarded with e-mails, from us or anyone else. Pixelita Designs LLC is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Texas. Its member-manager is Joni M. Mueller. Its registered agent for service of process is Joni M. Mueller, 6601 Sylvan Road, Houston, Texas 77023.

Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

Any action, proceeding, dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to business or commerce transacted with Pixelita Designs LLC shall (i) be governed by Texas State law and controlling U.S. federal law, without application of any choice of law rules and (ii) be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas located in Harris County or of the United States District Court of the Southern District of Texas, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of said courts.
