What’s included in every WP Concierge plan?
Site Backups
Never worry about data loss again. We back up your site securely to a rock solid off-site location on a weekly basis.
Core WordPress Updates
We make sure that your site is always running the latest version of WordPress. All updates are checked and applied with the greatest amount of care.
Plugin Updates
We make sure that your plugins are always running the latest versions. All updates are checked and applied with the greatest amount of care.
Malware Scans
We’ll monitor your site 24/7, protecting it from hacks, and other attacks. If an incident does occur, we’ll either advise you at once (Pixel and Texel plans) or get you up and running again in no time (Voxel plan).
Per-Issue Support Questions
Depending on the plan chosen, you are allowed a certain number of per-issue support questions each month. Additional support questions beyond your allotted amount will be billed at our web development rate of $65 per hour.
Proofread and Publish New Content
Depending on the plan chosen, you are allowed a certain number of content additions or revisions each month. Content is a page or a blog post. Additional content pages or posts beyond your allotted amount will be billed at our web development rate of $65 per hour.
Why do you perform core WordPress and plugin updates weekly, and not daily?
Sometimes plugin updates are released with bugs.
Updating less frequently allows the plugin developer to get rid of these bugs before we add them to your WordPress site.
We perform these updates on the weekend when most websites receive less traffic.
That means a safer environment and minimal issues for your site’s visitors.
Exceptions to the Rule
There is always an exception to the rule…for updates that fundamentally change a plugin (like WooCommerce) it takes longer for us to measure the impact that update will have to your site.
Can I upgrade to an annual plan if I’ve already purchased a monthly plan?
Of course!
You can start with a monthly maintenance plan and see if we are a good fit and whether our services meet your needs. if so, you can take advantage of our discounted pricing and move over to an annual plan. Simply send us an email and we’ll get it all set up for you.
Can I change to a different plan after I sign up?
Certainly. Here’s how.
Simply open a support ticket or send an email to moc.atilexipnull@egreicnoc and let us know the plan you want to switch to, and we will start working on it immediately after the payment is received.
How will I be billed?
Automatic subscription via PayPal for monthly plans; on-demand billing for annual plans.
You will receive an invoice approximately 15 days before your annual plan is set to expire.
If my site has malware before I purchase one of your WP Concierge plans, is malware removal included?
No. And here’s why.
We want all the sites we manage to be clean, malware-free, and secure at the start. But if your site arrives with malware issues, we will either provide you an estimate for our cost for total malware removal, or refer you to a trusted partner such as WP Fixit so that they can remove the malware. Then you can come onboard with your chosen plan and a malware-free site.
Can you manage WordPress multisite networks?
Yes we can!
Each site in the WordPress multisite network must have its own care plan. Due to the different use scenarios, database structure and plugin/theme variations, will require us to request information from you about your existing network so we are as informed as possible from day one regarding configurations that may be unique to your network.
How do I submit a support ticket under my WP Concierge plan?
Via a dedicated email or through our ticketing system.
We provide email Support, and you can also open a support ticket through our support ticket system.
We use support tickets in lieu of phone calls. We strive to make sure all communication is documented and extremely clear; we’ve found that this makes it easier for our entire team to know what’s going on with your site.
What are your normal response and resolution times?
For normal-priority requests, we almost always respond within 24 hours.
Often we’re able to complete your task before we respond. Other requests may take longer or require more clarification from you, thus can take longer to complete.
